In the event you agree to the terms contained herein;  you authorize Lakeland Telecom, Lakeland Communications, Luck Telephone Company, Milltown Mutual Telephone Company; and its agent or financial institution to initiate debit entries to the bank or credit card account you set up for payment(s).  In cases where you believe there is a duplicate or inaccurate charge to your bank or credit card account, please promptly notify us at 715-825-2171 or 715-472-2101. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card/account of debit.  You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment is made.  In the circumstance of non sufficient funds, fees may apply.
