Welcome to the automated bill payment system, secured and operated by PayDQ for your local telecommunications provider.

You may view and pay your bill using electronic check, VISA or MasterCard. A credit card fee of $2.00 per transaction applies.

The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential.

All communications between you and PayDQ are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center.

In the event you agree to the terms contained herein;  you authorize Lakeland Communications; and its agent or financial institution to initiate debit entries to the bank or credit card account you set up for payment(s).  In cases where you believe there is a duplicate or inaccurate charge to your bank or credit card account, please promptly notify us at 715-825-2171 or 715-472-2101. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card/account of debit.  You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your payment is made.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

Sign up for the Automatic Payment Plan which deducts your bill payment automatically from your checking or savings account monthly.  Your bill is paid on time every month with secure, instance processing.

How Auto Pay works:

  • You authorize regularly scheduled payments to be deducted from a specific account.
  • Payments are automatically transferred from your checking or savings account monthly.
  • You continue to receive monthly statements from Lakeland Communications indicating the amount to be transferred from your specific account. Your bank statement will reflect your payment and will appear on your next Lakeland statement.
  • The authority you give to charge your account will remain in effect until you notify us in writing to terminate the authorization.
