If you like Peter’s Chinese cooking classes, you’ll love Thai Tuesdays! These dishes are very balanced and detailed, colorful and lightly prepared, with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. Take one or all four classes listed below; they each stand alone but build on great taste and fun camaraderie in the kitchen! Register with a friend and learn how simple, fun, healthy, and delicious it is to make (and eat) Thai food! Bring a container for possible leftovers.
Fee (per class): $24 / or two for $40 + $6 for supplies per person
Minimum 6 people need to register to run each class.

At class we’ll make: Veg Spring Roll, Tom Yum Goong (hot and sour soup), Pai Thai (rice noodles), and Thai Fried Rice Khing.
