Customer Sales & Service Representative

Ready to bring customers face-to-face with the latest communications technology? Our mission is to turn customers into raving fans by providing outstanding customer service and support. This is achieved by providing customers precise answers to questions, quick and accurate responses and offering solutions to individual needs – while being truly passionate about their satisfaction (they’re friends and neighbors after all). A snapshot of your role:
- Provide a quality customer experience by actively listening and effectively educating customers regarding product/service features and benefits and troubleshooting occasional issues.
- Have the vision to see opportunities, anticipate needs, and identify solutions while building customer relationships and earning their trust.
Process new orders and installations, troubles and apply payments.
- Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets.
- Assists in the planning and execution of cross functional projects between accounting, operations and business development.
- Assists the accounting department with special projects.
We are looking for a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. A decent technical aptitude and a penchant for social media won’t hurt either.
