*Reliable high-speed broadband services have never been as important to residents of our communities than ever before. Lakeland Communications, your local broadband provider, continues to expand throughout Polk County.

*We want your help to get the word out, so we have created a special “Refer-A-Friend” promotion. Let your friends and neighbors know we have the broadband service that is right for them, and we will have a little gift for you.

Refer-A-Friend Promotion

Earn a one-time $50 bill credit by referring friends, family, or neighbors!  As a current customer, you can make unlimited referrals.  You will receive a maximum of one $50 credit per month, and any additional credits from extra referrals will be applied to future months.

Your referral must be a new customer who lives in a Lakeland Communications serviceable area and does not already have active Lakeland service.  To qualify for the credit, the referred customer must enter your name and address in the “Refer a Friend Program” section of their service application.

Once the new customer’s service is activated and their first full month’s bill is paid, you’ll receive your $50 bill credit.

(Referral bill credit has no cash value and is not eligible for a refund)

  • Current customers can refer unlimited friends or family members who would be new Lakeland Communications Inc. customers adding internet and/or home phone services only.
  • Referring customer will receive a maximum of one $50 credit per month with any additional credits from extra referrals being applied to subsequent months.
  • The referred friend must be a new residential customer who lives in a Lakeland Communications Inc.-serviceable area but does not have an active Lakeland service.
  • To receive referral credit, the new Lakeland Communications customer must enter the eligible referring subscriber’s name and address on the designated line in the service application.
  • Multiple accounts using the Refer-A-Friend incentive can’t be in the same name.
  • There’s no cash value for the referral credit, and it won’t be refunded.
  • When a new, referred customer connects to Lakeland Communications Inc. services, the referring customer will see the applicable referral credit on their billing statement once the new customer’s service is activated and they pay their first full month’s bill. The credit appears on your Lakeland Communications Inc. billing statement under the “Additional Discounts” section.
