It’s that time of year again!!
The 2nd Annual Backpack Initiative!!! This is for children in the Luck, Frederic, Unity, and St Croix School Districts that are IN NEED of supplies to be successful at school. As this grows, we will expand to help children in ALL the school districts in Polk County.
This will require help from our community!! We need donations of any and all supplies you can help with!
If every person that is able to, donates even two or three items, that would help us tremendously!! Even $5 can go a LONG way in helping provide supplies for these children!
Supplies we are hoping to receive from donations are:
*Backpacks
*Spiral Notebooks (wide rule)
*No.2 Pencils
*Rulers
*Fiskars Blunt Tip Scissors
*Colored Pencils
*Coloring Crayons
*Markers (8-pack Classic Colors)
*Glue Sticks
*Elmer’s White Glue
*Folders (two pocket)
*Highlighters
*Pens
And any other supplies you may think of.
This event will go through the end of August and drop off locations will be listed on the page as they are arranged.
Monetary donations or gift cards will also be accepted to purchase these supplies.
