Paymentus provides many benefits for debit and credit card autopay customers:

  • Pay using debit, credit and ACH/eCheck
  • Link your PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay account
  • One-time, non-registered web payments also available
  • No convenience fee for ACH autopayments

New Billing System Available November 30, 2023.

Lakeland Communications has switched to the Paymentus billing and payment platform. This transition will expand our payment options, giving you greater freedom and flexibility in how you pay your bill.

You can contact Lakeland Communications at 715-825-2171 and a Customer Service Representative will help answer any questions you may have.

You can pay your bill using ACH/eCheck, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), debit cards and digital wallets (PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You can also set your payment to automatically deduct each month by using AutoPay.

Yes. Online bill payment services will be unavailable from November 27th, 2023 to November 30th, 2023 as we finalize our implementation.

No. If you currently have a registered account, your information will transfer over to the new system.

No, AutoPay is set up in the Customer Portal.

When you sign up in the Customer Portal, you will automatically be enrolled for new bill notifications. You will receive a notification when a new bill is available in the Customer Portal.

Yes. If you currently receive a paper bill you will continue to receive one.

All payment types are subject to a fee of 2.95% per the transaction amount. Are there payment options available that do not incur a fee? Customers enrolled in ACH (checking or savings account) autopay using a will not be subject to the 2.95% transaction fee.
